Loretta: Part 2

On our first shoot, Loretta and I ran around the Arizona Grand Resort which has beautiful architecture and landscaping and took a certain kind of photos. This time, I wanted to shoot her in my apartment in my self portrait style. You guys know by now that my apartments almost always have incredible light, and I totally take advantage of all the nooks and crannies of it. We shot mostly on the balcony, but we also did photos in the living room, bathroom, and in my bedroom. Everywhere except the kitchen.

Someday, I'll get a studio, but I'll be hard pressed to find a studio that can give me shots better than I can take in-home.

The Garage

The full name of this blog post is "The Garage and Two Misc Shots from the Balcony" because... I started on the balcony to get some test shots while I waited for the neighborhood handyman to bounce before I traipsed by dressed like I was going to a formal event in my empty garage at 8 in the morning.

Loretta

This beautiful lady is not a model. I still can't believe it. She picked up so easily on posing rules, always kept her toes pointed, and was a bundle of positive energy the whole shoot. Truly a joy to shoot her.

These were photographed at the Arizona Grand Resort, and I hope to do another set with her indoor in my self portrait style.
